Understand different research methods and approaches and the epistemological, practical and ethical issues they involve.

Design an independent research project with relevant research questions and apply appropriate methods to answer these questions.

Analyse research data and other relevant sources of information with the goal of presenting an original and substantiated argument.

Communicate analysis and conclusions effectively.
