Module learning outcomes
Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and critical awareness of the framework, principles and rules governing ownership and enjoyment of land in English law
Independently research and reflect creatively on legal topics and issues of particular contemporary significance in modern land law.
Apply the knowledge and understanding gained to develop autonomously and sustain original critical arguments on controversial points and/or solve problems using appropriate techniques
Demonstrate ability to communicate complex legal arguments and ideas in an effective manner that is appropriate to the audience.
