Global Agent Service Charter
These are the service standards we are committed to across the key application stages.

| Counsellor / network training | Delivered annually, and available on request |
| Marketing support | Monthly additions to agent asset bank available 24/7. Bespoke support with marketing assets available on request from international-admin@sussex.ac.uk |

- process post-offer updates and documentation efficiently
- issue Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) once all academic and compliance conditions are met
- provide accessible contact points for queries and escalation
- communicate proactively during peak periods where timelines may be extended.

We expect our partners to:
- understand ßÏßÏÊÓÆµ’s academic offerings, entry requirements and processes
- ensure applications are complete and accurate at submission
- verify documentation to the best of their ability
- support students in meeting offer conditions promptly
- stay up to date with UK visa requirements
- engage with ßÏßÏÊÓÆµ training and updates
- share marketing materials with ßÏßÏÊÓÆµ for approval where required
- support students through to enrolment.
